  • Telephony operation and project task handling capability to handle the issues escalation

  • Documentation and process Adherence Good to have CCNA Voice CCVP

  • Experience of working on projects and ticketing Knowledge on SIP IP trucking to work with Cisco TAC service provider vendor

  • Analyse prioritize and complete telephony work order assignments to meet SLA s Basic knowledge on NTP Time management Expertise on Cisco Telephony CUCM
