Primary Skill: MS SharePoint
- Candidate should have experience of working across multiple accounts.
- He should be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- He should be adaptable, Collaborative and multi tasker.
- Should be capable of managing multiple accounts & managing a team of sharepoint admins. Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint will be an added advantage.
- Will be responsible in ensuring SLA/KPIs are met for all accounts, drive Service Improvement plans, call out risks & issues, driving audits actions for the tower and also responsible for standard monthly reporting within the tower.
- Will be responsible for technical advancement of the team through skill upliftment plans for the team.
- The candidate will report directly to the Tower Lead and is a very good opportunity for candidates looking to move from Technical to People & Team Management.
