Job Description:

  1. Candidate should have experience of working across multiple accounts.
  2. He should be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
  3. He should be adaptable, Collaborative and multi tasker.
  4. Should be capable of managing multiple accounts & managing a team of sharepoint admins. Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint will be an added advantage. 
  5. Will be responsible in ensuring SLA/KPIs are met for all accounts, drive Service Improvement plans, call out risks & issues, driving audits actions for the tower and also responsible for standard monthly reporting within the tower.
  6. Will be responsible for technical advancement of the team through skill upliftment plans for the team.
  7. The candidate will report directly to the Tower Lead and is a very good opportunity for candidates looking to move from Technical to People & Team Management.
