ServiceNow Test Manager and Test Analyst

An overview of the role

We are looking for an expereinced ServiceNow Test Manager and Analyst to join us to develop/modify test methodology. In this role you will be the liaison between customer andrimplementation team in achieving desired quality criteria and documentation. You will be required to design and build test scripts, develop test guidse and test cases of user stories, and ServiceNow Platform configuration applications.

Key Responsibilties

Test Managment

•Gather and reviews requirements documentation
•Create and maintains test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and scripts
•Manage defect management and reporting
•Provide reports and metrics on test activities/phases
•Create manual test cases/user stories
•Act as a Liaison with the Project teams to ensure adherence to quality during the project
•Identify and manage test resources
•Coordinate and support testing processes (SIT, UAT, SAT, etc) with multiple distributed teams and complex dependencies to other projects
•Work with the team to have as many tests automated as possible to support regression testing

Test Analysis

•Deliver manual test cases development and execution
•Handle reviewing software requirements documentation
•Create and maintaining test cases from requirement documentation
•Be responsible for defect reporting and management
•Connect with the Project Management and Development teams to ensure adherence to quality during the development process
•Provide reports and metrics on test activities
•Conduct UAT with customer

Why you?

Skills required

  • Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow – end user/administrator perspective (MIM, IM, PM, KM, ChM, Request Management)
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Agile Module Knowledge
  • ServiceNow experience

Certifications and Training required

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (optional)
  • ITIL certified (optional)
  • Agile Development and Test Management 2.0 Implementation (optional)
  • PPM fundamentals (optional)
  • Jira (optional)
