Total IT experience of 2 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules, 3rd party integrations and building custom applications
Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules – Incident Management and Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Event Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request, Work Request Management, ServiceNow Service watch, Software Asset Management, Asset Management , CMDB , Contract Management
Very good verbal and written English communication skills
