Job Description

• Technical Lead with experience on CMDB, Discovery experience.
• Experience on ITSM Integration and ITOM( APM/SP/Integration).
• Good to manage and guide team technically.
• Should be experienced with Development & Support as well.
• Get requirement from client and develop the codes accordingly.
• Working on Agile and good process knowledge (Release process, Incidents & Service Requests flow etc).
• Good Communication
