Job Description

• Should be able to develop and design technical solutions on ServiceNow platform
• Provide consulting support to the stakeholders of ServiceNow Drive
• Design workshops across projects to translate the business requirements into specifications
• Work with IT streams to improve the platform adoption and user experience of ServiceNow
• Work on continual improvement initiatives to further improve the user experience
• Should have an understanding of overall platform features and modules like SecOps, GRC
• Should have basic understanding of the ITSM processes and foundation data management
• Should have basic understanding of the CMDB
