Job Description
- Should be able to develop and design technical solutions on ServiceNow platform
- Provide consulting support to the stakeholders of ServiceNow Drive
- Design workshops across projects to translate the business requirements into specifications
- Work with IT streams to improve the platform adoption and user experience of ServiceNow
- Work on continual improvement initiatives to further improve the user experience
- Should have an understanding of overall platform features and modules like SecOps, GRC
- Should have basic understanding of the ITSM processes and foundation data management
- Should have basic understanding of the CMDB
