Service Reporting Manager

What do you need to start?

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Excellence skill with Excel
  • Experience working with ITSM (Remedy) ITBM (GRS2) ServiceNow and Tableau preferably
  • Experience working in a reporting role
  • Excellence written and communication skills
  • Maintain process and procedure documentation
  • Measure to manage – Prepare monthly reporting to show results and focus areas of Operations 

 

What duties will help you grow?

  • Manage Service Level Collection and Reporting, supported by SI Reporting team
  • Perform Service Level Validation, manage Service Level Exceptions,
  • Conduct Compliance Review Meetings,
  • Facilitate Service Level Improvement Plans,
  • Track Service Credits and Earnback, facilitate Service Level Changes
