Assist in project planning and costeffort estimations
Preparation of all ITSM setup data for 7.6 and 8.1 systems as per internal quality mandates
Provide support to clients project managers testing team and production teams by gathering and analyzing the data, while adhering to internal business policies, process and procedures.
Assist in managing various management related reports.
Interaction and Coordination with all stakeholders onshoreoffshore teams involved in implementation and migration activities.
Proactively engage with the teams to gain knowledge on SNOW related features and new developments
Knowledge of configuration of the system as per client requirements
Adherence to Internal Quality Processes
Should be familiar with the customization of the SNOW package, upgrades and integration in the environment
Support clients data management activities
Sound knowledge of ITIL processes including IMPMCM SLM module
Liaise with third party support providers and internal Capgemini providers to ensure adequate support resources are available during the support
