Job Description:

  • Support to L2 & L3 and service managers Data collection analysis Support for transition of RUN support and implement AV service as per Capgemini service management standards

  • Monitor, manage potential escalations due to delay satisfaction quality of service, Timely support to service managers for completing identified improvements

  • Support OI Projects Manage dashboards reports procurement status for all regions, Reporting Analytics process and Dashboards for Premium rooms Explore and integrate Power BI reporting

  • Inventory management and ensuring the data populated in CMDB in required format of reporting Data collation, Report preparation using existing tool like Power BI SharePoint Excel Optimizing transforming reporting for AV with automation

  • Proactive cost time monitoring to track project risk and highlight to PM s Track premium room health check schedule and reporting and highlight the downtime which is beyond agreed SLA Status monitoring and managing as per set process on SLAs

  • Monthly Weekly reports and other reports Standardize resolution categorization of tickets ticket status Adherence to set policies Track VA compliance as per agreed terms conditions and report the abnormalities

  • Co ordination and follow up with Cross Functional Teams Follow standardization of global design and Templates for all A V standard offerings Service feedback reporting and follow up with in team

  • Digital content management for end user guides catalogues reports Training Self Development, Training on new trend Automation 1 technology for beginner to intermediate

  • Effective Communication Skills Time efforts management Trending Technical training minimum 2 year Tracking team training schedule and follow up for completion on time by team Ensure 100 compliance reporting of training assigned to audio visual team

  • Excellent Verbal Written Communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft office Excel PPT Strong hold on report analysis and creating different dashboard with data Knowledge of essential IT Service management project and finance management processes
