Executing end to end Process consulting projects based on ITIL ISO 20000 CMMI SVC models and frameworks
Drive Continuous Service Improvement programs using various methods and techniques
Facilitate integration of service management tools, processes and SLA KPIS
Define measurement framework for SLAKPI’S
Conducting ITIL training programs at all levels  and  active involvement in development and maintenance of training course materials
Active contribution in Presales activities and customer relationship management
Active contribution in sales and brand building
Ownership of client engagements and quality deliverables
Contribute best practices to knowledge repository
Mentoring ITIL consultants
The job may involve short-term, medium, long term deployment at customer locationcould be anywhere in India and Abroad
Experience in defining ITIL processes 
Should have executed end to end consulting assignment which includes Gap analysis Process Definition implementation road map and auditing
Knowledge on Application and infrastructure Maintenance lifecycle and Transition
Experience in working directly with clients
Excellent communication interpersonal presentation skills
Total relevant work experience of 4 10 years and at least 2 years experience in ITIL consulting Process definition Desired Skills & Experience
ITIL Expert or at least 2 Intermediate modules certified
ISOIEC 20000 Implementer Lead auditor certified
Assessmentauditing skills
Knowledge on other related frameworks and standards like DevOps Agile ISO 9001 Six Sigma COBIT CMMi SVC  etc will be an added advantage
