Accounts Payable/Procure To Pay – Service Desk

·        Should have prior AP helpdesk experience
·        Good understanding of AP process
·        Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·        Excellent customer service attitude 
·        Should be flexible to work in US Shift
·        Ability to handle inquiries via phone or email. Should be able to analyze the inquiry and provide resolution
·        Ability to call suppliers or internal employees to ensure first time resolution
·        Meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality service
·        Ensures all work is performed in accordance with targets.
·        Good domain knowledge in  Accounts Payable and minimum of 2/3 years of experience
·        Good interpersonal, analytical and documentation skill
·        SAP Experience  is mandatory
