Job Description (Mandatory):
6-36 months in Call Center Industry, Help Desk / Service Desk (Int. /Ext.)
Person needs to be Open to work in 24X7 Environment. Should be willing to learn under pressure situations. Team Player, high in confidence, Excellent Telephone manner. Should possess good time management Skills, Customer Service Skills. Excellent communication and ability to multitask.
KRA: Should possess knowledge of Windows OS, AD, Incident Management, VPN, Outlook. Should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-driven and should have experience of Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails. Should be able to troubleshoot issues related to POP3/Exchange, AD, basic OS, applications and hardware issues.
Desktop/hardware Troubleshooting Skills/ Conceptual knowledge of Networking/knowledge of Retail domain
Excellent Communication skills.(Written / Spoken English)
