Service Delivery Director

Role Requirements:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic ,dedicated and proven delivery director to join our Service Delivery Management team in the UK and located to Stockholm. Within this role you will be responsible for providing day to day service delivery management and leadership within the Service Delivery managed accounts.

Typical duties will include

• This role constructs functional working relations between clients, team Capgemini, vendors, and subcontractor organizations and manages the implementation of these partnerships to address business opportunities for Capgemini;
• Leads a functional / business unit;
• Equally balanced skills in five key general management areas of client relationship management, consultative selling, financial / business management, portfolio / program management, service delivery management and team / people management;
• Build/Manage the engagement management competency within the system;
• Accountable for meeting set revenue, profit, and growth objectives and for improving overall customer satisfaction targets. Responsible to build and maintain strong client relationships with the objective of being a trusted business partner;
• Proactively work with Client to identify their business objectives, priorities and directions, critical success factors and applies this knowledge to establish and implement an account strategy;
Manage Capgemini resources and coordinates client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring end-to-end contractual compliance of the run services as delivered by the Service lines;
• Transformation and project delivery, including adoption of change management;
• Having total overview of all services, spotting risks and adjusting plans and execution in cooperation with the Operation Delivery Manager (ODM);
• Environment – Business Unit, country, or international professional mastery related to operations, strategies, and objectives in leading edge or critical situations;
• Communication/Negotiation- Teamwork at highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments;
Problem Solving – Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment;
Contribution/Leadership -Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review;
• Has vision of overall strategies
• Identifies further service/project opportunities to grow business & revenue;
• Understands, anticipates and influences customer demand for services and ensures that service delivery organizations are capable to fulfil the demand;
• Client Intimacy;
• Works closely with assigned ODMs to address client needs and demands;
• Assists with developing solutions that meet client needs and can be delivered in a fashion that allows firm financial targets to be achieved;
• Know where to go within the delivery organization to get issues addressed and resolved;
• Maintains compliance to regulatory obligations and ensures that operations are delivered securely.

• Confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Team player (ability to work with other Capgemini teams to provide a service to an agreed SLA)
• Flexible Mobility a willingness to work away from a base location within the UK when required.
• Comfortable in a client/business facing role
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
