Job Description

  • SAP Security JD Design develop and maintain SAP HCM security roles User Administration in all SAP Landscapes like Development Quality Staging and Production Perform General System Monitoring of SAP security related to user administration
  • Provide primary SAP Security support through daily operations for the SAP Net weaver XI Recruiting Portal Solution Manager Perform analysis of authorization issues in all SAP Systems Perform analysis for reporting audit requests Monitor the SAP Service Marketplace for SAP Security enhancements patches
  • Work experience in Enhancement package updates for SAP ECC Communicate and translate SAP HCM authorization requirements among business process owners Work with HR business process owners to build SAP authorization assignments and facilitate resolutions on segregation of duties SOD conflicts
  • Be a SAP technical resource for security issues to the rest of the SAP staff Be part of a team working on global projects User Administration using SAP Standard tcodes CUA CUP OR ARM or IDM Role Management such as updates related to bug fixes role creation and design Perform L1 L3 support for SAP Application Security GRC AC PC RM and IDM Ability to handle sev1 and major incidents and provide resolution within SLA Ability to identify and communicate issues risks to the team lead or end user to facilitate timely resolution
  • Experience in supporting project implementation for SAP Applications GRC and IDM Work independently on standard SAP authorizations tasks
  • Has specialization in one of the main GRC modules AC RM PC Good to have experience in SF RBP Good understanding on concepts of Segregation of Duties SoD
  • Knowledgeable on different user and role types SAP Authorization Concept Roles or Activity Groups and User Administration on different SAP Platform Experience in supporting end to end SAP Security project implementation security and GRC workshops testing support Cutover prep and Hyper care activities
  • Experience in the design and development of SAP security roles GRC Admin Support IDM Admin support Batch Monitoring Ability to create and provide SAP Security report when needed e g SOX and EWA reporting

  • Experience in SAP HR Security is mandatory.
