Position : Sales Director – Projects and Consulting
Location : Bangalore
1. This is a direct sales Projects and Consulting Business role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership – sales (revenue) achievement.
2. Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.
3. Should be able to engage C level executives.
4. Should have good understanding of the P and C industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) market in south (Bangalore).
5. Should be a good communicator with articulative skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations or discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
6. He should have been the primary owner (Forecast owner) of the numbers in his previous sales roles.
7. Should be a go getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
8. Should have managed large P and C accounts sales.
9. Industry Knowledge (at least one of them is essential – Automotive, CPRD, Manufacturing)
