Job Location: Jersey City, NJ About the position and responsibilities:Job Description:Managing a team who is the single point of contact for non-production (QA) environment performing the below tasks: o Monitoring of environment components o Troubleshooting and resolving environment issues by cross team coordinationo Working on Test Data strategy o Co-ordination in provisioning new QA environments o Tracking changes made in the QA environment o Ensuring parity between QA and Production Environments • Evaluate, baseline and implement the current Environment Management Policies, Procedures and Process at client side • Manage the current ongoing migration projects related to QA environment • Ensuring the tools currently available are optimally used to reduce manual activities • Take up initiatives that will help reducing Environment related issues • Escalation contact for ADM, QA and Infrastructure teams. • Participate in Weekly & Monthly Performance review calls with Clients • Mentoring and coaching both new and existing team members
