Able to work independently excellent personal organization and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good
judgement and logical thought prioritization.
Enthusiastic driven self-motivated with a focus on customer service,
Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution.
Experienced in scrum master role and people management.
Understanding and implementation of key agile artefacts.
Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting.
Release burn downs.
Sprint Burn downs Velocity etc.
User story mapping.
Story point sizing and ranking according to value based priorities for evaluation of a Minimum Viable Product Facilitation of Agile meetings retrospectives scrum of scrums and others Release planning in coordination with other Agile teams for overall sprint planning Experience with ALM tools like Jira Version One CA Central Rally Exposure to at least one of the agile scaling frameworks SAFe LeSS Nexus Experience Understanding CI CD
