The focus of your role:

In a world of digital transformation, new operating models, and the new normal post the pandemic, organisations are facing major disruptions that require HR to help transform the way they think and act. Our Employee Experience & HR teams’ purpose is to help our clients rethink employee experience and establish the digital HR function powered by data whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client’s shared vision. 

It’s an exciting time to join us as we build our Employee Experience & HR capability – we are looking for Senior Managers who can take the lead in shaping and delivering some of the most exciting HR Transformations in the market and co-creating a market-leading HR practice – evolving our offerings, grow our internal capability and network across our business to generate demand.

In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes which are designed to help clients rapidly adapt to, and navigate through, complex HR Transformations. Through enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent to maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting. 


What you’ll do:

You will shape and deliver Employee Experience & HR programmes, from designing Employee Experience Strategies, to assessing the overall ‘health’ of clients Employee Experience or HR maturity, to laying foundations through designing HR Operating and Service Delivery Models, advising on how to best optimize the experience through process redesign, AI-enablement, HR capability building and implementing HR transformations enabled by Cloud Solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or ServiceNow. Furthermore, you will partner with our wider family of Capgemini HR experts to integrate our full capability into our offerings. 

Partnering with our clients across all industries from Retail to Life Sciences and Telco to Energy & Utilities, to Government to Financial Services, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) to collaborate and innovate with our clients, you’ll get to know their needs and challenges, demo solutions and quickly solve problems. It’ll help you discover unexpected answers together. 

In addition to leading Consulting engagements, you will play a key role in People Development, supporting the growth of our Employee Experience & HR team through sharing knowledge, insights and training on our offerings and methods, especially as it goes through this period of exponential growth over the next 18-24 months.

You will take an active role within our practice, contributing to our vision to become the UK’s leading Employee Experience & HR Advisory practice through co-creating a culture in which every team-mate feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work, empowered to deliver great work, to grow, to be free to innovate and to have fun.


What you’ll bring:

Within our Employee Experience & HR team, you will work and communicate with all levels of our organisation, be knowledgeable on market trends and challenges across HR and bring your own point of view to share with colleagues and clients. 

As a Strategic leader with analytical, problem-solving and programme management skills, you’ll have sold, designed & delivered a range of End-to-End Employee Experience or HR transformations involving HCM solutions such as Success Factors, Workday and Oracle with experience of designing and delivering Agile, Next Gen & HR Operating Models, employee experience mapping and HR process redesign. 

Experience of working in a Consulting environment will be beneficial but subject matter expertise in HR, a growth mindset, and a desire to work in a client facing role, solving complex challenges are most important.
Experience in Agile Methodology, Design Thinking and Change Management will help add value to the solutions we design and the work we deliver.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.

We offer a remuneration package which includes fixed salary, and in addition for Senior Consultant and above, you will receive variable compensation dependent on company and personal performance.  We also offer flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances.
