Job Responsibilities

 

Title:: Sr. Application Support 

 

Location: New York, NY ( Remote until COVID)

 

Job Description:
8 years in application support development in Linux 
5 years in creating scripts and jobs to automate manual daily production activity 
3 years working in production environment in financial institution 
5 years in creating application system and design documents 
Experience working with vendors and implementing software solution 
Experience in developing implementing software support policies standards and procedures
Experience in reviewing and approving test plans operational scripts to ensure alignment with standards and technology strategies
Experience in improving system support requirement and business processes 
Coordinates and communicates application support activities with key stakeholders 
Experience in improving efficiencies in the application support methodology Experience in performing disaster recovery Perform other duties as assigned DevOps 
 

Must Have:
3 years in OpenShift Devops 
3 years in development implementation projects using Agile Scrum Kanban 
Understands CI CD processes and DevOps Practices 
3 years with CI tools such as Gitlab Jenkins Experience in deploying and managing cloud infra and services in Open Shift Develops and maintains full stack applications 
Develop automation to execute run books 
3 years in configuration management tools like Ansible
 
 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
