Opening for a Senior Identity and Access Management Professional in the NY/NJ area.  The successful candidate should have a strong
track record of delivering IAM and Entitlements solutions from inception to
deployment in the Production environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Understand
    the methodology and technology used to plan and implement Entitlements /
    Fine grained authorization and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Document
    the security requirements for all phases of the project
  • Identify
    and document the deliverables and track to delivery
  • Create
    a project plan, track and control the execution of the project
  • Divide
    and assign the tasks to the team members globally and track progress
  • Communicate
    to stakeholders of the project progress on a weekly basis
  • Escalation
    management and motivating the team to deliver on time and on budget
  • Onboard
    applications into the Entitlements platform
  • Work
    with product vendors in getting support for the team in case of technical
  • Development
    and documentation of Entitlements
  • Educate
    the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM
  • Identify
    dependencies and resolve roadblocks for the implementation team
  • Provide
    thought leadership on IAM implementation
  • Coordinate
    with offshore team to prepared documentation, install & configuration
    of Entitlements products, customize IAM product using Java and .Net
    programming language
  • Testing
    and migration of the IGA/IAM system into the production environment.
  • Support
    for the system after the production migration is complete
  • Work
    with the offshore team to complete the documentation, implementation,
    production migration and support.
  • Manage
    the that the tasks with offshore are completed to the customer’s


Customer Security
Liaison will include:

  • Advise
    customer about the implementation and ongoing operation.
  • Deliver
    and discuss deliverables with customer
  • Solicit
    feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams
