Who are we looking for?

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years hand on experiences in developing and maintaining of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook solutions (including VBA and Macro solutions) as well as advanced knowledge of VBA and Macro Creations in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic Knowledge in MS Access
  • Knowledge and Experiences in MS Visual Studio as well as SQL Database Usage would be an asset
  • Positive attitude towards team working
  • Very good analytical skills as well as abstract and detailed thinking are required in the role
  • Willingness to take over responsibility and work independently;
  • Very good English communication skills (Both verbal and written) (at least B2)

 

What will you do?

 

Main accountabilities:

  • Designing and maintaining macro-based solutions to be used in HR processes on client side
  • Handling incidents and change requests related to implemented automation
  • Creating, updating and reviewing of all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and user instructions
  • Providing necessary reporting/statistic input to Team Leader
  • Managing System Access for team members of assigned HRO Team as well as client user
