Job Description

  • Providing first level resolution to employee issues Escalating to unresolved queries to next level
  • Tracking routing and redirecting to correct stakeholders
  • Looking for employee service oriented helpdesk person
  • Take employee through problem soving process
  • Ensure proper documentation and closure of each ticket call email Circulate weekly report to all stake holders
  • Set up weekly call with all stake holders discuss unresolved issues take it for closure
  • Secondary responsibility Need to maintain tracker for daily activity and send the MIS to leaders Collecting all KYC Aadhaar number PAN number Bank info UAN info related information from OB employees
  • All claims withdrawal transfers loan etc has to be tracked from submission till payment within the TAT Help employees on all withdrawal transfer procedures Send out proactive emails to all resigned employees for withdrawal transfer procedure Help employees on EPFO online procedures Record correction updating DOJ and DOL on EPFO portal
