We’re looking for outstanding Data Analyst who can bring

Through CRM, our client aim to better understand the many individual people to enable more frequent, relevant and meaningful interactions. So, that they come more often, buy more and stay longer with CLIENT.

We are now looking to recruit a Senior Data Analysts to be part of our exciting Customer Relationship Management journey.

As a person you are a true team player with a strong customer first focus. You have strong awareness of how to use data to understand our customers’ needs and wants and derive insights that indicate potential actions within the consumer and customer spectrum.

You have solid knowledge and experience from working with data driven insights within the field of Marketing and Loyalty

Be Valued

Possess demonstrable experience of successful, rapid delivery of quality software solutions.

3+ years’ experience and skills within Data analysis or Data science

Able to understand and translate business needs into analytics actions to provide the insights that can be applied in our local markets

Able to analyze and validate data using statistical/analytic tools to understand data quality for reliable insights

Produce analysis to inform the design of campaigns and communications, and identify data-driven hypothesis for tests in the local markets

Provide analysis and test results to discuss with the team for insight generation

Have worked in an international context

Experience in data mining within a large-scale business environment

Due to a complex data landscape, experience with customer data, transaction data, social data & web data is preferred.

Examples of experiences that are valuable: customer segmentation, building product/offer recommendations and campaign optimization and evaluation.

The tools we mostly use are SQL and R, so proficiency in these would also be required.

A plus will be if you have worked with Data analytics within the area of CRM and understand how to use data to be more relevant to our customers.

The main task is to support the global project and local markets with the implementation of CRM Marketing & Loyalty initiatives derived from customer data insights. You will support in realising quick business benefits, whilst building long term capabilities, to start the change of mind-sets of our client, by:

Collaborating closely with our CRM team and specialists to design, execute and analyze results from experiments and campaigns

Supporting targeted campaigns using analytics to segment consumers, identifying the most appropriate channels and achieve optimal ROI

Proactively identifying interesting areas for deep dive investigations

Supporting with analysis of key local market insights and data including other Market Intelligence sources to inform the development of CRM within our partner markets
