What do you need to start?
Our Perfect Candidate:
• Has min.5 years of SAP experience supporting at least 3 of the capacities: FI/CO (Including GL, AP, AR, AA, )
• Demonstrates excellent understanding of the data flows between S4 HANA Finance modules.
• Has experience with a full cycle implementation or roll out project for SAP 4 HANA module.
• Has experience in functional test planning, preparation execution, validation of results..
• Has experience in identifying operational, compliance or regulatory requirements and designing the relevant automated solutions to help manage/mitigate these risks
• Demonstrates strong knowledge in business processes and practices.
• Has experience with Stakeholders management, demonstrates strong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to work with business owners for collecting their requirements.
• Demonstrates capability to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously.
• Has experience with coaching and detailed knowledge transfer to key business users.
• Is results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic to changes and looking for solutions.
• Applies effective planning and project management skills.
• Speaks English with full professional proficiency (additional language will be an asset).
What duties will help you grow?
• Providing business process and functional support for S4 HANA finance modules including its sub-ledgers.
• Facilitating requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
• Developing functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
• Developing and coordination of test strategies, test plans and test scripts, user stories.
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project.
• Validating changes and recommending solutions.
• Providing trainings to end-users.
• Sorting out day-to-day queries of end users.
