The focus of your role

Capgemini Invent’s Brand and Experience team is fundamental in driving forward the customer agenda for our clients in a more digitally connected world. The focus of the Inventive Consumer Brands within Brand & Experience is in helping Consumer Brands shape and deliver transformation around how they engage and inspire consumers, across all their channels. You’ll be helping our clients deliver the best customer experience through a variety of touch points, utilising technology and/or optimising business operations across customer service, marketing, sales and eCommerce functions. As a Brand & Experience consultant you’ll be advising and delivering for clients looking to use digital to:  


  • Put the customer at the heart of everything they do, to become nimble enough to meet their evolving preferences/needs and be part of their lives. 

  • Define and design ‘what’s next’ for building innovative and differentiated customer programmes in the marketplace.

What you’ll bring

You are a strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of B2B marketing and sales, with experience in designing outstanding experiences in integrated and connected cross-channel environments. 

You’ll have the following experience and attributes: 

  • You will have developed B2B marketing and sales strategies, focused on optimising customer journeys, delivering omni-channel experiences, customer loyalty, achieving growth in emerging markets or marketing to new customer segments  

  • You will have experience across the different parts of the proposition design toolkit – customer interviews, market and trend analysis, idea generation, building commercial models, customer experience design 

  • You will have a digitally focused background, with experience of working with technology solutions e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, for an internal or external client  

  • You will have industry experience in one of our focus areas, bringing an understanding of how B2B strategies can differ between industries 

  • You will be comfortable articulating the value of the B2B and B2B2C relationships, their behaviours and motivations as a key part of any business strategy  

  • Create cut-through marketing transformation strategies to maximise the impact of brands across all channels 

  • Build, deploy and scale marketing, sales, commerce and service technology solutions that reduce business complexity and cost 

  • Help optimise and transform business processes and technologies across a wide range of areas including: marketing clouds, campaign management, programmatic media buying/selling, customer data management and analytics, content management, eCommerce, marketing and media optimization and marketing operations, sales and service

Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice. 


We offer a remuneration package which includes fixed salary, and in addition for Senior Consultant and above, you will receive variable compensation dependent on company and personal performance.  We also offer flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances.
