We are looking  for SQA with 6 –  9 years of exp in Mumbai (Airoli) location

Role Description (Role & Responsibilities)

Responsible for SQA activities

Specification / Skills / Experience

SQA Lead Candidate should have experience in Process improvement process governance process formulation service optimization Should have exp in Transition or Transformation for testing projects Good to have exp in risk based testing auditing knowledge in Lean six sigma Prince 2 or ITIL foundation certified though not mandatory Understands audit assessment process Can follow documented processes Can write concise reports according to a template Ensure that we re not deviating from standard too much rather than slavishly following and guide accordingly TMap NEXT testing techniques type of testing test strategy test planning etc 10 Generic activities involved in transformation like Identifying the AS IS state of the service Analysis and design Process formulation Depending on the track and documentation of the process Getting approvals from the stakeholders of the process vendor Management team PM team BA SA etc Conducting pilot on existing projects Rework and signoff Change management Workshops with Sogeti stakeholders Get the buy in Roll out Manage Control and Improve Activities Documentation of the proposed process Integrate with the gate model Work with Vendor management Project Management to get their approval for the proposed process Plan change management and educate the necessary stake holders on the change Analyze the end results and make amendments to the process where ever required Present the final result to customer and get the sign off on the final changes to the approach Plan the roll out to the service Conduct workshops to stakeholders PM TA BA SA Conduct internal 11 QIG Quality Improvement Group Analyze and design a QIG process Documentation of the proposed process Work with the Vendor management to get their approval for the proposed process Get final approval on the approach Analyze defects captured in QC and identify patterns for improvements Create reports and present to VM SDMs Create and improvise on the defect categorization Get buy in from VM Identify projects for QIG analysis and continue 12 Test Service Optimization TSO Analyze the current state of the service Identify the templates to be created for the service Create Master test plan Test Exit report templates Get the signoff from the VM PM teams Conduct pilot on existing projects Rework on the templates where required Get the final sign off from the VM team Plan the roll out to the service Conduct workshops to stakeholders PM TA BA SA Conduct internal workshops within Sogeti TM SME SM Roll out to service 13 Auditing Review of testing deliverables End to end process audit
