The job requires a highly self driven and motivated individual in the role of a Comp Specialist with a go getter and continuous learning attitude Specialized experience and willingness to work on MS Excel files numbers formulas pivots for prolonged period of time Ability for simplifying and providing a precise summary of the complex files He she will be responsible for driving the Annual Pay Hike and Performance Bonus cycles for India US Canada UK APAC South Africa Specific knowledge on APAC South Africa local compensation fitment for assignees and Employee Benefits will be an added advantage Understanding of Pay Hike Budget and Distribution of the same Understanding of Bonus Accrual and Disbursement Creating models and simulation in MS Excel for Pay Hike and Performance Bonus cycles Creating country level files for execution of Annual Pay Hike and Performance Bonus cycles Create effective Global summary and track the budget utilization In depth hands on experience in creating complex MS Excel files formulas pivots and creating summaries is must to succeed Being at ease with working on numbers on a daily basis Overall 4 years of comprehensive experience in Compensation
