Senior Business Analyst – Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

 

Title: Senior Business Analyst Project Manager  

 

Location: Whippany, NJ ( Remote until COVID)

 

Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects
• Plan and budget for Contact Center Technology projects 
• Contact Center develops and maintains the contact center applications BU using Technology 
• Customer facing self-serve applications like IVR as well as assisted channel applications like agent desktop automated case management etc. 
• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan budget quality and governance standards 
• Develop and manage project plans and resource plans in compliance with Client project methodology standards 
• Work with the business groups product owners and technical team to elicit interpret analyze and validate requirements for projects programs 
• Transform business requirements into technical or system requirements and document as stories 
• Ensure that the technical development resources understand the business ask and are able to build against it and ensure the final product is built as requested
• Analyze any possible impacts to existing systems or BAU functions
• Communicate the identify impacts appropriately across the impacted teams 
• Own the creation of stories and features manage feature decomposition documentation of dependencies and story templates for repeatable features 
• Manages Critical path and Risks 

Must have:
• 6 year experience as a Business Analyst Project Management 
• 3 years of working with Agile Project management principles in managing multiple projects 
• Prior experience in Banking and financial services 
• Skills that will help you in the role • Service Now Agile Central 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 
• Experience in working with distributed teams 
• Experience with Amazon Connect or Salesforce
