Senior Business Analyst- Accounting | 10 To 12 Years | Chennai & Bangalore

Job Description

  • Candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience
  • Candidate should have experience in Temenos T24  banking systems
  • Candidate should have complete workflow in any or at least one of the following modules – Retail, Core, Lending, Payments, Corporate, Treasury
  • Candidate should have working knowledge of the core parameters including accounting parameters.
  • Candidate should be aware of the accounting process in one or more T24 modules
  • Candidate should have core accounting knowledge and be aware of the linkages between various core accounting tables.
  • Candidate should have experience in writing functional specifications for providing solutions
  • Expertise in handling Business Analysis Tools & Techniques such as Storyboarding, Decision Analysis, Data Flow Diagrams, Use Cases
  • Experience in BA methodology involving Onshore and Offshore engagement model
  • Experience in process modeling tools such as ARIS etc
  • Be able to understand the requirements, scope definition, estimating to proposal preparation
  • Ability to carve Business Analysis engagement in related to Banking and Diversified Financials programs/ projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Primary Skills

  • As a T24 Business Analyst, the candidate should have good working knowledge and experience in T24 in business lines such as Corporate, Retail, Lending and Core with specific understanding of accounting process for these business lines.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Secondary Skills

  • Candidate should work closely with clients to collect requirements and support in preparing Business Requirement Documents
  • Candidate should be able to provide solutions to the requirements raised by the clients
  • Candidate should liaise with the technical team to explain the functional workflow and the expected output
  • Review project based on the business and functional requirements from quality assurance perspective and provide feedback.
  • Work to have a strong Business Analysis Team and setup Requirement Review Committee to proactively assist accounts in their requirements management process.
  • Provide Geographic specific guidance related to Banking ,compliance ,accounting and reporting aspects to the delivery team
