Job Responsibilities

Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Presentations to Senior Management 

Primary deliverables and activities for this position may include, although not limited, to the following: 

• Business Requirements Documents 
• Technical Requirements Documents 
• Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Gathering and preparing solution based estimates
• Use Cases
• Test Plans/Test Cases
• Activity Diagrams
• Process Flows
• High Level Solution Diagrams (short of architecture)
• Gap Analysis
• Defect/Root Cause Analysis
• Conducting JAD sessions
• UML
• Data Mapping Documents

Required experience:
• Minimum 6 years as a business system analyst
• More than 2 years in the health insurance industry
• Required 2-3 years Administration and Development experience with SalesForce 
• 2-3 years Experience with Enterprise Campaign management using CRM tools required
• Experience working in multiple CRM projects required
• Experience working with Infrastructure and enterprise architecture team is good to have

Required skillset
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Soft skills
• Excellent BSA skills

Preferred:
• Other Enterprise CRM tools knowledge
• Infrastructure and Security knowledge background preferred
