Bid Manager 9years-12years

Job Resposiblities 

  • Prior Delivery or Account Management or mix of both activities preferred
  • Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders
  • Prior experience in client facing roles like Sales or Consulting preferred
  • Cross cultural or multi geography exposure working within Tier 1 Indian IT Players preferred
  • Prior experience working with European Clients would be added advantage
  • Performance as per KPI of sales Program Revenue Growth Bookings Growth Service portfolio mix
  • Fresh Funnel viz Pipeline created as per designated portfolio Account orBU
  • Create sales strategy to grow strategic accounts within Continental Europe

Primary skill(must have)

  • Work with Account Teams with focus on 3 year sales plans Opportunity shaping and GTM
  • Drive execution plans along with the Account Team to ensure revenue and margin growth
  • Identify potential Cross Sales/Up Sales opportunities to improve sales pipeline
  • Identify relevant Capgemini solutions to be positioned based on clients business priorities

Secondary skill(good to have)

  • Create sales strategy to grow strategic accounts within Continental
  • Sales Transformation Executive
