Senior Application Specialist, Contact Center Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Application Specialist focusing on Contact Center Solutions to join our strong team. You will be the bridge between product owners and end users providing advice on solution rollouts to ways of working.

Your role:

  • Engage with and be the bridge between product owners and end users to understand their day-to-day communication needs.
  • On the basis of business requirements understand, propose and create sound functional solutions based on the Genesys PureEngage module.
  • Be involved and drive different types of projects (development, integration and configuration).
  • Work together with Product owners and end users over time to further develop the solution.

What do you need to have?

  • Overall experience of 6-8 years from the Genesys platform.
  • Knowledge of VoIP, primarily SIP based VoIP.
  • Knowledge of the contact center solution product Genesys PureEngage.
  • Strong customer skills, preferably from experience working at customer sites.
  • At least one Object Oriented programming language.
  • LAN and IP internetworking.
  • B Sc Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Software development and systems integration.
  • Database systems SQL and NoSQL (Oracle, MSSQL, etc.).
  • Experience from Application Maintenance/Support
