Job Overview:

 

Opening for a Technical
Manager IAM Professional preferably in
the Malvern, PA area but others will be considered.  The successful candidate should have a strong
track record of delivering identity and access management solutions from
inception to deployment in the Production environment.

 

Duties &
Responsibilities:

 

Planning duties will include:

  • The
    methodology and technology used to plan through implement Identity and
    Access Management (IAM) systems
  • Familiarity
    with role management and role provisioning to SailPoint and CA Governance
    Minder systems
  • Capture
    the security tasks for all phases of the project as well as identify and
    document the deliverables
  • Create
    project plan and familiarity with Agile and waterfall execution
    methodologies
  • Educate
    the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM
  • Work
    with the customer’s release calendar and plan the delivery of each
    iteration
  • Track
    progress and report issues on a regular basis
  • Facilitate
    meetings with the steering committee and ensure project communication and
    governance

 

IAM Duties will include:

  • Role
    mining for the chosen applications
  • Work
    with the architecture groups and understand the dependencies and
    coordinate interdependencies
  • IAM
    Integration with third parties to collect the entitlements data and import
    into the SailPoint platform
  • Work
    with the application’s business and IT owner in gathering the required
    information and assist the SMEs

                                                                    

Customer Security Liaison will include:

  • Advise
    customer about IAM aspects of the implementation and ongoing operation.
  • Deliver
    and discuss deliverables with customer
  • Solicit
    feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams

  • IGA
    Products (i.e. SailPoint IdentityIQ, CA Governance Minder)
  • IAM
    Products (i.e. CA SiteMinder, OpenAM, OpenIDM, SailPoint AccessIQ)
  • Directory
    Services Products (i.e. Microsoft ActiveDirectory, Oracle Directory)

 

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills.
  • Worked
    in onshore/offshore model
