The job on offer
Reporting to the EUS Infrastructure Lead, providing technical support and maintenance for the SCCM infrastructure.
In this role as a SCCM Engineer you will ensure the SCCM infrastructure meets the service availability metrics by monitoring; healthiness, performance tuning & troubleshooting advanced SCCM related issues.
This will include; adhering to internal processes to support the service, including change management, and incident management policy and being responsible for the troubleshooting of incidents, including major incident calls and working with teams and vendors for quick efficient resolutions.
- Relevant IT experience, with strong SCCM knowledge with proven experience in supporting SCCM infrastructure & Windows OS in large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Operating System Deployments, Security Patching , Application Deployments
- In-depth knowledge of desktop OS, WSUS and SQL Server
- Knowledge of scripting development e.g Powershell will be an added advantage.
