SCCM Admin1

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in SCCM, Active Directory and Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems

  • Good understanding of SCCM 2012 – must have in-depth understanding of one module of SCCM and conceptually clear about other modules of SCCM (SCCM Admin, Operating System Deployment, Software Distribution, and Patch Management)

  • Must have good knowledge in Active Directory, DNS and DHCP

  • Good understanding of Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Server 2008 / 2012 Operating systems

  • Experience in troubleshooting of SCCM server and client issues  

  • Knowledge of SCCM report generation via SQL from SCCM database servers.

  • Ability to develop and Use automated diagnostic programs to solve problems
    Ability to identify recurrent problems and find solution to fix the problem

  • Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience

  • Must be committed and self-driven to complete the assigned tasks
    Must be very customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs.
    Must have good verbal and written communication skills



  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical

  • Engineering or equivalent experience

  • MCP / MCSE or similar certifications would be preferred


Nice to have:

  • ITIL Foundation Certification would be an added advantage

  • Knowledge on VB or Power Shell or Windows Scrips
    Ability to write SQL Queries to retrieve information requested by Business
