• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• 2+ years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience in configuring Data Models, MDF, Roles
• Experience in Configuring/Troubleshooting Workflows, Business Rules
• Experience in Adhoc and ORD reporting tools
• Strong functional knowledge of the system
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written

SAP Successfactors PMGM:

Certified and experienced in PMGM Support activities:
1. Rocking of the forms
2. Overview on nature of defects
3. Launching of the forms
4. Mass routing of the forms
Goal Management 
5. Objective Management Templates
6.. Import/Export Goal Library/Goals
7. Transfer Objective between users
8. Email Notification templates

SAP Successfactors RCM:

Skills Minimum 1 E2E Implementation or Support experience in Recruiting Management (RCM).
Experience (Tasks and Responsibilities) Understanding of business processes and connection points to other modules of SuccessFactors.
Should have worked on Job requisition Data models, Candidate profile data models, Candidate application data models.
Expert on RCM admin settings, email templates, Integration with job boards and agencies
Good knowledge in Employee profile, worked on integration between candidate profile and employee profile and have worked on background information configuration.
Expertise in configuring Onboarding Panels; Onboarding processes
Configuration in Super Admin / Document center
Worked on Notification setting, data dictionary settings; Picklist configuration
Creating solution documentation       

SAP Successfactors Compensation:

• 2+ years experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay configuration and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of configuring Compensation budget, plan and execution
• Knowledge of configuring rules and guidelines
• Strong functional knowledge of the system
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written 

SAP Successfactors WFA:

Experience (Tasks and Responsibilities) Understanding of business processes and connection points to other modules of SuccessFactors.
Should have worked on Analytics, Planning and Reporting. 
Should be expert in all types of Metrics Pack, WFA RBP and bulk user upload.
Should have worked on Reporting and Query Tools, Time models, tokens, scorecards, data highlighting and report designer page. 
Should have knowledge of other modules to fetch data from standard fields and customized fields. Have good understanding of business to guide client how to use best of WFAP in Success Factors.
