Job Description

  • The Essentials  Bachelor s degree  and Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management.
  • The Preferred ability to analyze and integrate data throughout performance succession cycle identify trends and relationships  inform solutions and measure impact.
  • Experience identifying and applying workforce analytics and talent metrics data to make recommendations in support of the succession planning performance management.   
  • Performance management experience supporting a large scale corporate talent management program     Experience with supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management modules including succession  performance  development  goal management to support the talent planning and performance management processes.
  •  Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills  with solution oriented approaches and strong collaboration with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
  •  Ability to think creatively and strategically to make recommendations and execute on assignments     Excellent interpersonal  customer service skills  including ability to communicate effectively with analytics to a nontechnical audience.
