Required:
• Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• 2+ years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience in configuring Data Models, MDF, Roles
• Experience in Configuring/Troubleshooting Workflows, Business Rules
• Experience in Adhoc and ORD reporting tools
• Strong functional knowledge of the system
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
• Involved in Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-live
• Involved in atleast 1 Support project on SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Integration between SuccessFactors Employee Central and other third party systems.
