Job Responsibilities

1-2 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors
Must have – SuccessFactors Functional expertise and in-depth understanding Career Development and Succession planning Module
Minimum 1 end to end implementation in the SuccessFactors Career Development and Succession planning Module 
Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodology & deliverables
Hands on Data Model and XML. 
Translate Business Requirement into workbook and create system configuration Objects in compliance with the Best practice. 
Should possess core HR knowledge
Knowledge on SAP PA and OM. 
Should Participate in integration testing and regression testing for SF integration with SAP R3/other third party systems.
Strong learning ability, agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments, ability to analyze issues and recommend workable solution.
Excellent communication & presentation skills and must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
