Skills Minimum 1 E2E Implementation or Support experience in Learning Management Solution (LMS).
Experience (Tasks and Responsibilities) Understanding of business processes and connection points to other modules of SuccessFactors and LMS;
Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync
Should have worked on the various Learning entities – Different types of Items, Prerequisite/substitute items, Catalog, Curriculum, Period based Curriculum, Scheduled offering, Collection, External links, Quiz, Exam, Survey, Assignment Profile, User needs management.
Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS.
Should have worked on Standard Reports. Knowledge in creating Adhoc, ORD / PRD reports.
Expert in security – Domain, Roles, Workflows
Should have worked on modification of Notification and other settings, Translation of , Content import, Content Object creation
Good knowledge in Online Content Management and import content, Open Content Network,
Creating solution documentation
Education Qualifications Any Graduation
Certifications Valid Certification in SF- Learning Management System ( LMS )
Travel and others • Able to work independently on the relevant module. Very good Communication, Team Player, Very good Problem Solving, customer handling.
