Our Applications Managed Services team help our clients create more value for. their business and improve efficiency through IT Systems. Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:  

  • The Technology Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of the SAP Cloud solution to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with and provide technical consultants and provide them inputs / support to deliver the product features.
  • Participate project meetings such as Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-up, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective.
  • Conduct the analysis if the incident from functional side and do the required configuration changes or provide the custom logic to technical consultant.
  • Create / update Functional Specifications documents.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
  • Ensure requirements are gathered, processes defined, and use cases are documented.
  • Work with clients post implementation for user testing, support, and maintenance.
  • Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. 

 Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:   

  • 5+ years of experience as SAP FICA functional consultant
  • Sound knowledge of FICA module within an IS-U context
  • Good understanding of FICA business transactions
  • Experience in handling and designing RICFEW objects using FICA events
  • Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly
  • Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
  • Strong knowledge in business master data objects and setting up organizational units in FICA
  • Proficient in design & configuring various business transactions, basic functions and open item management in FICA. This includes configurations of Main & Sub transactions, automatic GL determination, down payments & charges, CO Key assignments and tax procedures
  • Knowledge on connecting to other applications and business processes in ISU modules like billing/invoicing will be an added advantage
  • Monitoring and handling of batch jobs
  • Multi project experience required, with at least one greenfield end-to-end delivery
  • Should have knowledge of SAP SD billing and FICA-SD integration
  • Experience in setting up CO-PA in S/4HANA is highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of SAP BW/BI on SAP-HANA”
  • Must have Consulting background.
  • Australian Electricity Market knowledge.
  • Should be able to work on Incidents and Change requests (RFC) and supporting the functionality.
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is good to have.
