Specification / Skills / Experience

  • 4 to 5 years of working experience in Recruiting Management Certification in Onboarding is mandatory
  • Should be able to configure recruiting templates offer templates has worked on the XML configurations for recruiting
  • Should have worked on integration of Recruiting with Onboarding Employee Central Knowledge on recruiting marketing integration of recruiting with third party systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • New Hire Wizard for Candidate Onboarding Work Authorization EEO Background Company Property and Form Acknowledgment
  • Verify Management and Integration
  • Onboarding Integration to Performance Management
  • Cross boarding and Off boarding
  • Standard Reporting and Role Based Permissions for Onboarding
