Job Description

  • Experienced in SAP HCM module implementation and support in multiple SAP HCM Sub modules like PA OM ESS and MSS Process and forms Interfaces
  • Should have in depth knowledge and experience of SAP HCM Must have good experience in Personnel Administration PA Organizational management OM Interfaces
  • Employee Self Service ESS and manager Self Service MSS and processes forms
  • Experience on ESS MSS standard and custom functionalities
  • Good to have knowledge on webdynpro and Process Form Experience in IDOCS Interfaces Workflows Integration of SAP HR with external vendors via PI Azure API s Able to work independently on the relevant module Very Good Communication skills should be able to confidently communicate with other team member’s clients and vendors
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts as per project requirement Strong learning ability agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

  • Extensive experience in Support Projects Experience of working in large and complex landscapes Familiar with the ITIL processes on Incidence Management Change Management Problem Management service requests
  • Should have experience in working with onsite Offshore model with Clients of European Geography
  • Experience in other modules success factors will be added advantage Added advantage SAP HR PA OM ESS MSS Process and Forms Interfaces Any graduation MBA HR preferred SAP HR Certified
