Working for one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing on a flagship account represents an exciting opportunity for the right individual. As part of the Capgemini team delivering projects, enhancements and support for our customers’ 65,000 employees you’ll get the chance to work on a number of different and challenging aspects of this account. Applying your SAP HCM Payroll experience to the varying strands of work, you will be able to positively affect the experience of our customers, meet the varying service and delivery targets whilst also ensuring the legislative compliance of this very important UK customer.
Based out of either of the newly furbished office spaces in Worthing or Telford it is a good time to join this large SAP Delivery Centre (with over 250 SAP Consultants) helping our customer achieve their SAP solution aspirations.
On a day to day basis you could be working across a variety of activities – from tackling complex Live Service calls to contributing to project and enhancement delivery, your input will positively affect the critical HCM and Payroll solutions that our customer teams rely upon. Activities will include attending both internal and customer meetings (currently via Skype/Microsoft Teams), helping define solutions, performing configuration, rigorously proving changes, creating quality documentation artefacts, guiding customer testing, satisfying Service Management standards and guiding your changes to Live. You will be a vital cog in the upkeep and extension of the SAP solutions for this substantial customer.
Working as part of the Capgemini SAP HCM Team, and the Payroll Stream, you will help support the SAP solutions that ensure that our customer can pay it’s circa 65000 employees. It is absolutely vital that this customer is at the forefront of payroll legislation and implements all enhancements on or ahead of time. To meet the increasing pipeline of work we need to grow the current team. Across the HCM Team, and in the Payroll Stream specifically, there are a number of highly experienced individuals who will be able to help you immerse yourself in Capgemini and the specifics of the account.
Our customer uses a broad cross section of HCM modules – Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, Personnel Management, Organisational Management and Self Service. Whilst the focus is on Payroll, any knowledge in these other areas is welcome.
Our customer has also started their journey to SuccessFactors with, PMGM and WFA implemented, Employee Central is destined to start in the near to medium future. It is highly likely that Payroll Control Centre and/or Employee Central Payroll could accompany or follow that module. It is an excellent opportunity therefore to be part of the team that is helping our customer realise it transformational journey to Cloud and Software-as-a-Service solutions.
We’re looking for a team player who can fit into a vibrant and dynamic SAP HCM team working on this flagship account. The role is aimed at someone with good, demonstrable, experience in SAP and UK Payroll helping a variety of previous customers support and develop their SAP Payroll solutions over a number of years. Ideally you should be able to hit the ground running, with both high-end consulting skills, engaging both the customer and other SAP teams, and the ability to configure the Payroll system at is deepest and most technical areas. This is a prestige client who wants to be at the forefront of Payroll and Digital Transformation, this is therefore an exciting opportunity for you to showcase and to build on your skills.
