Expertise in Sap payroll schema, functions, rules and operations.
Understanding of business processes in HR and connection points to other areas.
Configure System in the area of HR and keep system up to date as per business requirements and legislation; proactively address all risks and potential issues, escalate issues according to the agreed procedures.
Should be able to provide day-to-day problem resolution, business support, small enhancement work and project development work for SAP HR functionalities.
Assist on scheduling job configuration, trouble-shooting, solution finding and testing.
Should support and lead the standardization of processes in accordance to best practices. Experience on specific business needs to be developed and implemented for SAP payroll related software applications. Experience in creating test plans, test scripts and performing user acceptance testing for the changes. Experience in ABAP (reports, enhancements or interfaces) and configure the system software including testing.
Education QualificationsAny Graduation
