Role Name : SAP FICO Solution Architect


Job Location – Mumbai / Bangalore



Job Description:

  1. Design Implement and Support the SAP solution
  2. Develop solutions provide support to new opportunities 
  3. Present Defend developed solutions and offerings in client meetings
  4. Support and guide solutions and offering in the Capability COE 
  5. Drive performance evaluation feedback and correction process in collaboration with delivery managers
  6. Guide and support competency leads 
  7. Contribute to competency and work n P C P V s
  8. Provide expert support to various projects and support engagements
  9. Interacting with customers understanding the requirements proposing solutions methodology etc 
  10. Liaise on with SAP organization and with internal liaison managers to understand the upcoming products 
  11. Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role 


Skills and Experience 


  1. 14 years of SAP experience in implementation support roll out projects 
  2. Experience in FICO Asset accounting Configuration solution design and solving the critical incidents 
  3. Exposure to Simple Finance Central Finance would be major advantage
  4. At least 4 full project lifecycle implementations with FICO and other associated modules 
  5. Experience in integrating SAP solutions across there ERPs SAP solutions 
  6. Experience in using SAP technical environment t including ABAP debugger LSMW SAP Query etc
  7. Experience as a team lead and mentor
  8. Experience in client facing roles 
  9. Experience working in a highly customized SAP environment
  10. Experience working with integrations utilizing ALE RFC Web services BAPIs SAP PI and other interface technologies 
  11. SAP certifications preferred 
  12. ITIL experience preferred
  13. Experienced in a multi-cultural multi location setup 
  14. Excellent communication skill and Fluent in English
  15. Additional language German Spanish Dutch or French is a big plus 
  16. Experienced in client senior management interactions
  17. Very good capabilities and experience in people management and stake holder management
