- Work on support engagement and manage priority based tickets.
- Contribute to competency and work on PoC/PoVs.
- Coordinate with technical team on custom objects.
- Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, proposing solutions, methodology etc.
- Will be working on ASAP Methodology, ITIL Methodolgy, Enterprise structure, Master data, Service notifications, Service quotations, Service orders, Service contracts.
- Should have SAP experience in implementation,support, rollout projects.
- Deep understanding of business process knowledge.
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies, ITIL processes.
- Relevant SAP certification & domain experience exposure.
- Flexibile to work in different time zones.
- Should be an individual contributor.
