Job Responsibilities

Opening for CRM Service -Techno -Functional Requirement; 5 to 8 Years
Secondary Skills – Loyalty management – Techno functional

1) Experience on Middleware, Service Request Management, Complaints and Returns Management, Installed Base (IBase), Sales and Service Order Management, Service plans
2) Creation of business role and its assignment, profile setup, creation of role configuration keys and navigation bar profiles, user authorization setup and other basic configurations
3) Configuring Interaction Center role to carry out marketing, sales and service activities
4) Should have good knowledge of Loyalty Management
5) Should have basic Understanding of ABAP and debugging
6) Able to understand custom development/enhancement
7) Knowledge of Redemption , Membership activities & Job monitoring
8) Able to resolve incidents related to the agreed SLA & priority on customized solution
9) Need to co-ordinate with other domains on resolving tickets
10) Flexible & willing to work on non business hours / days based on the urgency of customer
11) Timely updates to be provided to business & Process Managers and adherence towards the process has to be in place
12) Should have good attitude towards learning new functionalities/processes
