Should have exposure to various Sales scenarios like Sell from Stock Thirdparty ordering Procurement process Stock transfer orders Transfer cross docking etc.
Good experience on CRM middleware queues processing and monitoring Should have knowledge on cross functional modules like GATP ECC SCM components.
Exposure to Incident management change management processes along with the working knowledge on SolMan GRC Ability to understand complex business scenarios processes specific to After sales domain Strong communication skills and Customer facing experience
SAP CRM Functional Consultant 4 to 6 years od experience is required.
