- Manages large teams and make strategic planning as per the requirements and work with the team members to help them out whenever required.
- Manages relationship with business customers relating to strategy, strategic planning, tactical priorities, customer service levels.
- End-to-end experience in conducting SAP development lifecycle with S/4 HANA Implementation experience.
- Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Able to lead application development and integration track in SAP projects and ensure timely completion of projects with key focus on quality.
- Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system.
- Performs quality review checks on project deliverables and Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required.
- Manages relationship with business customers relating to strategy, strategic planning, tactical priorities, customer service levels.
- Experience in one of the SAP application implementations using AGILE/SCRUM/ SAP ACTIVATE methodology as a Technical Architect.
- Knowledge on new features related to HANA is needed – embedded analytics using CDS views, user experience using Fiori, S/4HANA conversion and pre-requisites, S/4HANA simplification and technical impact, SAP cloud platform, usage of BRF+ in SAP S/4HANA.
- Maintain and track inventory of development objects required during build of the solution – reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, forms, workflow, CDS, Fiori apps, HANA apps.
- Should participate in advisory and assessment services to customers for their S/4HANA journey during RFP/ RFI requests.
- Resolve issues identified in custom objects and extensions developed and provide alternative solution.
- Should be proficient in conversation on various aspects of technology and architecture with business leads, IT leads.
- Support and provide inputs for cutover, migration, testing, training related strategies.
Primary Skills
- Experience on SAP BASIS with S/4 HANA is must.
Secondary Skills
- Experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) SAP implementation, cross application business process modeling, integration between SAP and non-SAP.
- Detail understanding of SAP ABAP RICEFW concepts with SAP OOPs concept, experienced in working on HANA environment and functionally aware about Finance modules
